1. Who controls your data

OpenPixr is the controller of personal data collected through openpixr.com. You can contact us about privacy or exercise your rights at support@openpixr.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data, including your user identifier, name and email address.
• Your prompts, negative prompts, uploaded reference files, chosen settings and generated outputs.
• Transaction data, such as purchased balance amounts, Stripe customer identifiers and payment status. OpenPixr does not receive your full card number.
• Basic security and diagnostic data, including request timestamps, errors and information needed to prevent abuse.

3. How and why we use it

We process account and creative data to provide the service and perform our contract with you. We process limited logs and security information for our legitimate interests in keeping OpenPixr reliable, preventing fraud and enforcing our rules. We process billing records to perform our contract and meet legal and accounting duties.

4. Service providers and international transfers

OpenPixr uses Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites for application hosting, storage and account access, Atlas Cloud to run the model you select, and Stripe to process payments. A generation’s prompt, settings and required reference media are sent to Atlas Cloud for processing. These providers may process data outside the UK; where required, we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy regulations or contractual protections.

5. Retention and deletion

Your saved workspace remains available until you delete individual creations or ask us to close your account. When you delete an item, we remove the active stored copy; limited backups, fraud-prevention records and legally required transaction records may remain for a restricted period. Atlas Cloud receives temporary generation inputs under its own retention practices.

6. Who can see your work

Your workspace is private to your signed-in account. We do not publish outputs or manually review them as part of normal service operation. We may access limited information when reasonably necessary to investigate a support request, protect the service, comply with law or address credible reports of illegal use.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Email support@openpixr.com and we will verify and respond to your request.

8. Security, children and changes

We use access controls and encrypted network connections, but no online service can promise absolute security. OpenPixr is only for people aged 18 or over. We will post material changes to this notice here and update the effective date.
